This is a new invention made overseas for women with large breasts. Unlike the United States, breast reduction scams are not so wide spread in other countries. In the USA doctors make millions each year performing unnecessary breast reductions.

Its a huge scam. Women are constantly bombarded with messages to get them to feel ugly until they go and have risky surgery. The irony is that they look worse after the surgery and lose feeling in their nipples. They do not lose weight. Instead they are simply women with scars for breasts and a bulging tummy whereas before, their breasts offset their stomach and kept them in attractive proportion.
